HOME PROJECTS

Ceramic Tile Floor, Kitchen

If customers can’t find it, it doesn’t exist. Clearly list and describe the services you offer. Also, be sure to showcase a premium service.

WINE RACKS

image22

I have made numerous wine racks out of old pallets, including the 2 that are located in my dining room.

Headboard (old door)

image23

Got the idea from a flea market in York.  About $50.00 in paint stripper, stain and brackets (to hang) you are done.

Railing replaced half-wall

image24

During a football game commercial I tore down a 1/2 wall that looked like something from the 70's.  5 minutes prior I had a 30 second conversation with my wife about replacing the wall with railing.  I didn't want to chance her changing her mind.

Install Oak Stairs

image25

I got tired of the carpet and found "knotty" pine underneath.  What a difference, so easy to clean!

Shelf (reclaimed shutter)

image26

Another idea from a flea market/ antique shop.

Magnetic Picture frame

image28

Simple frame made with magnetic board and an oak frame.

Installed wooden bifold doors repacing old bi-pass doors

image29

In preparing for our daughters birth, I painted, placed new flooring and installed solid wood bifold doors on the closet.

Shadow box / close line picture frame

image30

Simply copying something from a flea market.

Hand Towel rack

image31

Made from an old wooden pallet, a little sanding, add some stain and a new curtain rod and you are done.

Laundry room Cabinet Facing

image32

Replaced plain plywood with stained poplar plywood.  Really "Dresses UP" the laudry room.

Outdoor Projects

Deck w/ Pergola

image33

With a little help from friends I built this 12 x 34 deck and Pergola.

Install 3 lamp post

image34

Having a big sale, on-site celebrity, or other event? Be sure to announce it so everybody knows and gets excited about it.

Shed "re-wire"

image35

After a "break" somewhere in the line, my Father in Law and I trenched and ran new wire to my shed.  Instead of the quick connect to a single outlet, we decided to put in a breaker box and 7 outlets.  More than you need for a 12 x 22 shed but we had the time.

Swing/ Fort/ Sitting Area

image36

What started as a simple project to replace my daughter's swingset ended up in a full blown monster project.

Tree removal

image37

Seems like a simple thing but getting a tree to fall where you want it to isn't.

New Garage Doors

image38

All I did was pick the color and the guys from Cumberland Garage Door did the rest.  What a difference.
